摘要
采用中红外(MIR)光谱开展了真空泵润滑油(简称:真空泵油)及石蜡油的分子结构研究。试验发现:真空泵油及石蜡油分子的MIR光谱吸收模式主要包括:ν_(asCH3)、ν_(sCH3)、ν_(asCH2)、ν_(sCH2)、δ_(CH2)、δ_(asCH3)、δ_(sCH3)和ρ_(CH2)。研究发现:真空泵油及石蜡油的化学结构基本相同,均为长碳链烷烃。采用同步二维MIR光谱进一步开展了真空泵油及石蜡油分子结构差异化研究。该研究拓展了三级MIR光谱在重要的真空设备润滑油(真空泵油)结构的研究范围。
The molecular structures of lubricant used in vacuum pump(short for vacuum pump lubricant)and paraffin oil were studied by mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy.It was found that the MIR spectral absorption modes of vacuum pump lubricant and paraffin oil molecules mainly include:ν_(asCH3),ν_(sCH3),ν_(asCH2),ν_(sCH2),δ_(CH2),δ_(asCH3),δ_(sCH3)andρ_(CH2).The results showed that the structures of vacuum pump lubricant and the paraffin oil were almost the same,both of which were long carbon-chain alkanes.The differences of structures be⁃tween vacuum pump lubricant and paraffin oil were investigated by synchronous two-dimensional MIR spectroscopy.This study expand⁃ed the range of three-step MIR spectroscopy in the analysis of structure of the important vacuum equipment lubricant(vacuum pump lu⁃bricant).
