摘要
采用APG环氧树脂HE-2051,HH-2051固化剂,间苯二酚二缩水甘油醚(RDGE)、3,4-环氧环己基甲酸-3′,4′-环氧环己基甲酯(脂环酯)及硅微粉制得交流金属封闭开关设备绝缘用环氧胶。通过粘度、玻璃化转变温度、力学性能、阻燃性能及电气性能测试研究了硅微粉、RDGE及脂环酯用量对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,制得的APG环氧胶的阻燃性能达到V0级。该胶完全燃烧后不产生有毒有害物质,安全环保。改性APG环氧胶的耐高压起痕达到1A2.5等级。脂环酯的加入提高了APG环氧胶的耐污性,增加了其可靠性并延长使用寿命。
The APG epoxy resin HE-2051,HH-2051 curing agent,resorcinol diglycidyl ether(RDGE),3,4-epoxycyclohexylcarboxylic acid-3′,4′-epoxycyclohexyl methyl ester(alicyclic ester)and silicon powder were used to obtain epoxy adhesive for AC metal-enclosed switchgear insulation.The effects of dosages of silica powder,RDGE and alicyclic ester on the properties of adhesives were studied by tests of viscosity,glass transition temperature,mechanical properties,flame retardant properties and electrical properties.The results showed that the flame retardant performance of the prepared APG epoxy adhesive reached V0 grade.The adhesive did not produce toxic and harmful substances after complete burning,which was safe and environmentally friendly.The modified APG epoxy adhesive had a high pressure tracking resistance of 1A2.5.The addition of alicyclic esters improved the dirt resistance of APG epoxy adhesive,increased its reliability and prolonged its service life.
