摘要
以高活性磷酸酯(LYCO)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)以及多元醇为原料采用二步法制备了光固化磷酸酯(APE)涂料,通过红外光谱、成膜性能及力学性能测试研究了APE涂料的结构及HEMA用量对涂料性能的影响,并对APE涂料的自愈合性能进行了探讨。结果表明:添加HEMA可以提高涂料的硬段链比例,使得涂料表面更加粗糙,疏水性增强。HEMA用量提高后,LYCO含量降低,涂料弹性模量变大,断裂伸长率减小,自愈合率降低。拉断次数增加后涂料的自愈合率明显降低。
The UV-curing phosphate ester(APE)coating was prepared by two-step method using high-activity phosphate ester(LYCO),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEMA)and polyol as raw materials.The structure of APE coating and the effect of HEMA dosage on coating properties were investigted by infrared spectroscopy and testings of film forming properties and film mechanical properties.The self-healing properties of APE coatings were discussed.The results showed that the addition of HEMA could increase the hard segment ratio of the coating,making the coating surface rougher and more hydrophobic.When the amount of HEMA was increased,the LYCO content was lowered.The elastic modulus of the coating became larger.The elongation at break was decreased and the self-healing rate was lowered.The self-healing rate of the coating was significantly reduced after the times of tensile fracture was increased.
