基于脏腑精气与神志的关系探究腹背阴阳配穴法治疗抑郁症的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Abdominal-dorsal Yin-yang Acupoints Combination Therapy for the Treatment of Depression Based on the Relationship between Essential Qi of Zang-fu Organs and Consciousness

抑郁症在中医学属于“郁证”范畴,临床常表现为持续心境低落等神志活动异常。中医认为人的神志活动是脏腑精气对外界环境事物和刺激所作的反应,基于“精气化神”理论,人体内脏腑精气是神志活动的物质基础,故而脏腑精气充足是神志活动正常表达的重要条件。经过多年的临床研究表明,疏肝调神整合方案治疗抑郁症有较好疗效。方案中通过针刺、精灸、刺络、埋针等手法作用于腹背部特定穴位以达调补五脏六腑精气,充养神志之效,使神志活动得以恢复正常,达到治疗抑郁的效果。

Depression in Chinese medicine belongs to the category of“depression syndrome”and is often clinically manifested as persistent depression and other abnormal mental activities,which,according to Chinese medicine,the conscious activity of human body is the response of the essential qi of zang-fu organs to external environmental factors and stimuli.Based on the theory of“essence qi transforms into spirit”,essential qi of zangfu organs in the human body is the material basis for the conscious activity,and therefore sufficient essence qi of the zang-fu organs is an important condition for the normal expression of the conscious activity.After years of clinical research,it has been proved that the integrated solution of soothing liver and regulating spirit has ideal efficacy in treating depression.In the solution,acupuncture,refined-moxibustion,blood-letting puncture,needle-embedding and other manipulations are applied to the specific points of the abdomen and back to achieve the effect of regulating and supplementing the essence qi of the zang-fu organs,nourishing the effect of consciousness,so that the conscious activity can be restored to normal and the effecacy of treating depression can be achived.
