基于肠道微生态探讨针刺改善功能性便秘的研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Acupuncture to Improving Functional Constipation Based on Intestinal Microecology

功能性便秘(FC)是一种功能性肠道疾病,其发病机制尚不明确。其与肠道微生态密切相关,针刺能够通过调节肠道微生物菌群,改善功能性便秘症状。本研究从肠道微生态与功能性便秘的关系、针刺改善功能性便秘的可行性及可能的作用机制进行综述,以期为功能性便秘的研究提供新思路。

Functional constipation(FC)is a functional intestinal disorder whose pathogenesis is still unclear and is closely related to intestinal microecology.It is found that the acupuncture has effect in improving the symptoms of FC by regulating the intestinal microflora.This study reviewed the relationship between intestinal microecology and FC,the feasibility of acupuncture to improving FC and possible mechanisms of action,in order to provide new ideas for the study of FC.
