健妇胶囊治疗排卵障碍伴薄型子宫内膜不孕患者的疗效观察

Effect of Jianfu Capsule on Ovulatory Dysfunction Complicated with Thin Endometrium in Infertility Patients

【目的】观察健妇胶囊对排卵障碍伴薄型子宫内膜不孕患者的疗效。【方法】将60例排卵障碍伴薄型子宫内膜不孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予口服来曲唑片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予口服健妇胶囊治疗,疗程为3个月。观察2组患者治疗前后排卵率、卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度和基础体温(BBT)双相率的变化情况,评价2组患者的综合疗效。【结果】(1)综合疗效方面,治疗3个月后,观察组的总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组为63.3%(19/30),组间比较,观察组的综合疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)排卵率方面,治疗后,2组患者的排卵率均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的排卵率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)卵泡直径方面,治疗后,2组患者的最大卵泡最大直径均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的最大卵泡最大直径明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)子宫内膜厚度方面,治疗后,2组患者的子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(5)BBT双相率方面,治疗后,2组患者的BBT双相率均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的BBT双相率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】健妇胶囊治疗排卵障碍伴薄型子宫内膜不孕患者疗效显著,能够有效促进排卵,提高卵子质量,改善患者子宫内膜厚度,提高患者妊娠率。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Jianfu Capsule on ovulatory dysfunction complicated with thin endometrium in infertility patients.Methods Sixty cases of infertility patients with ovulatory dysfunction complicated with thin endometrium were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given oral use of Jianfu Capsule plus letrozole tablet and the control group was given oral use of letrozole tablet,and the course of treatment lasted for 3 months.The changes of ovulation rate,follicular diameter,endometrial thickness and rate of biphasic basal body temperature(BBT)in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was also evaluated.Results(1)Comprehensive efficacy:after 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%(28/30),and that of the control group was 63.3%(19/30).The intergroup comparison showed that the comprehensive efficacy of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the ovulation rate in both groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the ovulation rate in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the maximum diameter of the maximum follicle in both groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the maximum diameter of the maximum follicle in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the endometrial thickness in both groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the rate of biphasic BBT in both groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the rate of biphasic BBT in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianfu Capsule exerts certain effect in treating infertility patients with ovulatory dysfunction complicated with thin endometrium by effectively promoting ovulation,improving the quality of the ovum,increasing the endometrial thickness,and enhancing the pregnancy rate of patients.
