穴位敷贴联合硝苯地平片治疗老年高血压病临床研究

Clinical Study on Point Application Combined with Nifedipine Tablets for Senile Hypertension

目的:观察穴位敷贴联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效及对血液动力学、流变学的影响。方法:选择87例老年高血压病,按随机数字表法分为对照组44例与研究组43例。对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合穴位敷贴治疗。比较2组临床疗效、血液动力学指标[基底动脉的舒张末期流速(VD)、收缩期流速峰值(VS)、血管搏动指数(PI)]、血液流变学指标(红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度、低切黏度、高切黏度)及收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平。结果:研究组总有效率为95.35%,对照组为79.55%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组VD、VS、PI水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组VD、VS、PI水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且研究组VD、VS、PI水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度、低切黏度及高切黏度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组上述各项指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组SBP、DBP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组SBP、DBP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组SBP、DBP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压病可提高临床疗效,有效改善患者血液动力学和血液流变学状态。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of point application combined with Nifedipine Sustained-Release Tablets on senile hypertension and its effect on the hemodynamics and hemorheology.Methods:A total of 87 senile patients with hypertension were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 44 and 43 cases in each group.The control group was given treatment with Nifedipine Sustained-Release Tablets and the study group was additionally treated with point application based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and levels of indexes of hemodynamics,including diastolic velocity(VD)and systolic velocity(VS)of basilar artery and pulsitility index(PI)of blood vessel,and indexes of hemorheology,including erythrocyte aggregation index,plasma viscosity,low shear viscosity and high shear viscosity were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.35%in the study group and 79.55%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of VD,VS and PI(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of VD,VS and PI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of VD,VS and PI were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of erythrocyte aggregation index,plasma viscosity,low shear viscosity and high shear viscosity between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of above four indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of above four indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of point application combined with Nifedipine Sustained-Release Tablets can significantly improve the clinical effect on senile hypertension and the state of hemodynamics and hemorheology of patients.
