揿针对人工流产术后患者疼痛、焦虑的影响

Effect of Thumb-Tack Needle for Subcutaneous Embedding on Anxiety and Pain in Patients After Induced Abortion

目的:观察揿针对人工流产术后患者疼痛、焦虑的影响。方法:选取84例行人工流产术的患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予揿针治疗。比较2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)。结果:术后48 h,2组VAS评分均较术后4 h降低,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后4 h、48 h,2组SAS评分均较术前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后4 h,2组SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后48 h,观察组SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后48 h,2组HR、SBP、DBP均较术后4 h升高,观察组HR、SBP、DBP均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:揿针治疗可缓解人工流产术后患者的焦虑情绪及疼痛感,有利于稳定其生命体征。

Objective:To observe the effect of thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding on pain and anxiety in patients after induced abortion.Methods:A total of 84 patients with induced abortion were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after surgery,and the observation group was additionally given thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding on the basis of the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were compared between the two groups.Results:At 48 hours after surgery,the VAS scores in both groups were reduced when compared with those at 4 hours after surgery,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).At 4 hours and 48 hours after surgery,the SAS scores in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before surgery,differences being significant(P<0.05).At 4 hours after surgery,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 48 hours after surgery,the SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).At 48 hours after surgery,HR,SBP and DBP in both groups were increased when compared with those at 4 hours after surgery,and HR,SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding can relieve the pain and anxiety of patients after induced abortion,and it is beneficial to stabilizing the vital signs.
