透穴埋线联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Catgut Embedment Through Point Combined with Yupingfeng Granules for Allergic Rhinitis in Children

目的:观察透穴埋线联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将90例儿童过敏性鼻炎患者分为对照组、观察组各45例。对照组给予玉屏风颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用透穴埋线治疗。比较2组治疗前后症状评分、免疫指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),比较2组治疗前、随访时鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷评分,评估2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率82.22%,观察组总有效率95.56%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、眼痒、流泪症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后上述症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访时,2组鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组随访时鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:透穴埋线联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎疗效确切,能有效改善患者症状,提高免疫功能和生活质量,安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of catgut embedment through point combined with Yupingfeng Granules for allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis in Children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yupingfeng Granules,and the observation group was additionally treated with catgut embedment through point based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,symptom scores,and immune indexes of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were compared between the two groups.Before treatment and during follow-up,the scores of rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire were compared between the two groups.The clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 82.22%in the control group and 95.56%in the observation group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of nasal obstruction,nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,eye itching,and weeping in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)levels were decreased(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During follow-up,the scores of rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score of rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Catgut embedment through point combined with Yupingfeng Granules has a definite curative effect in treating allergic rhinitis in children,which can effectively improve symptoms,immune function,and quality of life,with high safety.
