止痛消炎方热敷、中药冲洗联合盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Hot Compress with Zhitong Xiaoyan Prescription and Chinese Herbal Washing Combined with Pelvic Treatment Instrument for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察止痛消炎方热敷、中药冲洗联合盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPID)的临床疗效。方法:将108例CPID患者按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各54例。对照组接受盆腔治疗仪治疗,研究组接受止痛消炎方热敷联合盆腔治疗仪治疗。治疗时间均为4个月。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分。结果:治疗前,2组各中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、带下量多、月经失调中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率96.30%,高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。研究组总不良反应发生率7.41%,对照组总不良反应发生率9.26%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:止痛消炎方热敷、中药冲洗联合盆腔治疗仪治疗CPID疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Zhitong Xiaoyan Prescription and Chinese herbal washing combined with pelvic treatment instrument on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods:A total of 108 CPID patients were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 54 patients in each group.The control group received pelvic treatment instrument,and the study group received Zhitong Xiaoyan Prescription and pelvic treatment instrument.The duration of treatment was four months.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral distension,excessive leukorrhea and menstrual disorders were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.30%in the study group,higher than that of 83.33%in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.41%in the study group and 9.26%in the control group,there being no significant significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Zhitong Xiaoyan Prescription and Chinese herbal washing combined with pelvic treatment instrument has a definite therapeutic effect on CPID,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.
