江苏省农村宅基地流转问题研究

Study on the Circulation of Rural Homestead in Jiangsu Province

选取江苏省部分村庄为样本村,采用问卷调查方式,分析江苏省农村宅基地流转存在的问题及原因。结果发现,样本村存在宅基地流转市场混乱、一户多宅、宅基地闲置浪费、空心宅等问题,因此,提出加强法律宣传力度,推动农村经济发展,建立有序的宅基地流转市场,完善社会保障等相关建议,以期为制定宅基地流转政策提供决策参考。

Taking some village in jiangsu province as research object,the problems and causes of the circulation of the rural homestead in Jiangsu province were analyzed by questionnaire.The results showed that there are some problems in the sample village,such as the rural homestead market confusion,the chaotic phenomena of"one family with more houses",the idle waste of the homestead,the"hollow house"and so on.Based on this,some suggestions were proposed such as strengthen the legal publicity,promote the rural economic development,establish an orderly housing circulation market and improve the social security,in order to provide decision reference for the rural homestead circulation formulation.
