介入授粉对肉苁蓉种子内含物的影响

Effects of Interventional Pollination on the Contents of Cistanche deserticola Seeds

为研究介入授粉对肉苁蓉种子质量的影响,以自然授粉为对照,采用介入授粉测定花序上下部肉苁蓉种子的内含物含量。结果显示:肉苁蓉花序下部种子蛋白质含量显著高于上部种子;异株异花授粉与自然授粉种子可溶性糖含量无明显差异,但花序下部种子的游离氨基酸总量低于上部种子,且2年生肉苁蓉种子游离氨基酸总量高于1年生种子。说明异株异花授粉能提高花序上部种子蛋白质含量,但花序下部种子游离氨基酸总量较低。

To explore the effect of intervention pollination on Cistanche deserticola seed quality.Using interventional pollination measures and natural pollination as control,the content of the Cistanche seeds in the upper and lower parts of the inflorescence was determined.The results showed that the protein content of the lower seeds of Cistanche inflorescence is significantly higher than that of the upper seeds;there is no significant difference between the soluble sugar content of cross-pollinated and naturally pollinated seeds,but the total amount of free amino acids in the lower seeds of the inflorescence is lower than that of the upper seeds.The total amount of free amino acids of 2-year-old Cistanche seeds is higher than that of 1-year-old seeds.
