深度贫困地区电商扶贫路径探索——以新疆疏附县为例

Exploration on the Rural E-commerce Poverty Alleviation in Deep Poverty Area-Take Shufu County in XinJiang as an example

疏附县是全国深度贫困县之一,其农村电商产业呈现蓬勃发展态势,成为打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要推动力。通过分析深度贫困地区农村电子商务发展存在的突出问题,凝练疏附县电商扶贫的经验做法,探索深度贫困地区电商扶贫的有效路径,并提出强化组织领导、推动电商平台融合发展、加大产销对接等对策建议,为如期实现全面小康社会,打赢深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚战提供科学参考。

Shufu is one of the most impoverished county in China,but its rural e-commerce industry is booming and becoming an important driving force in the fight against poverty.The paper analyzed the prominent problems and experiences of the development of rural e-commerce in deep poverty area,and found an effective way of poverty alleviation by e-commerce in Shu-Fu county,put forward some suggestions on strengthening the organization leadership,promoting the integrated development of e-commerce platform,increasing the production and marketing docking and so on in order to realizing moderately prosperous society and winning the battle against poverty in the deep poverty areas.
