镇江市数字乡村建设路径探析

Methods Analysis of Digital Country Construction in Zhenjiang

江苏省镇江市大力推进建设数字乡村,加快建设5G基础信息设施、推广农业生产数字化应用、促进农产品电子商务等措施。但仍存在乡村人口流失、乡村就业模式单一、财政专项支出不足、高端专业人才稀缺等问题,对此提出加大财政支出、增加组织决策领导、加大建设数字乡村宣传力度、打造多元化、特色化产业等优化路径,以期助力镇江成功建设数字乡村。

The construction of digital country is the premise and foundation of the construction of digital country.Zhenjiang city is vigorously promoting the construction of digital villages.Currently,some measures are being taken to accelerate the construction of 5 G basic information facilities,promote the digital application of agricultural production and e-commerce of agricultural products.But there are some difficulties such as loss of rural population,single rural employment pattern,lack of special financial expenditure and high-end talent scarcity.Some suggestions were put forward such as increasing fiscal expenditure,promoting organizational decision-making leadership and digital rural propaganda,creating diversified and characteristic industries,in order to construct successful digital village in Zhenjiang.
