探究式教学模式在人体寄生虫学教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨探究式教学在人体寄生虫学教学中的应用效果。方法选取新乡医学院2018级临床专业的大二医学生1~24班,分为对照组和实验组两组,对照组按照传统教学方法进行人体寄生虫学教学,实验组在传统教学的基础上应用探究式教学,教师课前发布探究主题,学生自主探究并收集寄生虫临床病例,查阅文献,课堂中分组汇报讨论,课后归纳总结,最后统计、对比分析两组的单元测试成绩及实验组的教学满意度问卷调查。结果对照组单元测试成绩为(72.57±14.03)分,实验组单元测试成绩为(74.91±13.06)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.033,P=0.043);在学习态度方面,85.25%和83.09%的学生分别认为学习兴趣和自主学习能力增强;在教学模式方面,89.93%的学生对这种教学模式比较满意;在能力提升上,82.37%的学生认为自己的临床思辨能力得到了锻炼。结论在人体寄生虫学教学中适度开展探究式教学模式,可以增强医学生的学习兴趣和学习自主性,有助于提高医学生的分析问题、解决问题和临床诊断思维能力。 Objective To investigate the application of exploratory teaching mode in human parasitology teaching.Methods The clinical medicine sophomores in Classes 1 to 24 from Xinxiang Medical university were divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group.The control group was taught human parasitology by traditional teaching method and the experimental group was taught by exploratory teaching mode on the base of traditional teaching method.After the teacher announced the topic to explore,the students in the experimental group explored on their own,collected clinical cases of parasites,and read the literatures before class.They were split up into groups to report the clinical cases and discuss the questions in class and summarized after class.The unit test results of the both groups were analyzed and the students in the experimental group were surveyed by questionnaire.Results The mean unit test score of the control group was(72.57±14.03),and that of the experimental group was(74.91±13.06)(t=-2.033,P=0.043).The mean unit test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At learning attitude,85.25%of the students in the experimental group thought that they were more interested in learning and 83.09%of the students thought that their ability of autonomous learning was enhanced.In the teaching mode,89.93%of the students were satisfied with this new teaching mode.On ability self-enhancement,82.37%of the students thought that their critical thinking ability has been trained.Conclusions Appropriate implementation of the inquiry-based teaching model in human parasitology teaching can enhance medical students'learning interest and learning autonomy,and help improve medical students'ability to analyze problems,solve problems,and think in clinical diagnosis.
