摘要
汉坦病毒(HV)是肾综合征出血热(HFRS)及汉坦病毒心肺综合征(HCPS)的主要病原体,可引发严重的临床症状。目前尚无特异有效的抗病毒治疗药物,对汉坦病毒复制周期的深入研究有利于治疗药物的研发。入胞过程是病毒生命周期的首要环节,决定病毒基因组的释放,若以该过程中必须的宿主或病毒蛋白作为靶点可有效抑制汉坦病毒复制。本文从汉坦病毒的生物学特性出发,对汉坦病毒的入胞机制进行综述,为汉坦病毒入胞机制的认识以及抗汉坦病毒药物的研发提供参考。
Hantavirus(HV)is the main pathogen of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)and hantavirus cardiopulmonary syndrome(HCPS),which can cause severe clinical symptoms.Further study of the replication cycle of hantavirus is beneficial to the development of antiviral drug,because the process of virus entry into cells is the initial step of its replication cycle,which determines the release of virus genome.The host protein or viral protein which are necessary in this process can be used as a target to inhibit the replication of hantavirus.In order to explore the mechanism of hantavirus entry and the development of anti-hantavirus drugs,this article reviews the research progress on the mechanism of hantavirus entry into cells.
