卵巢囊肿患者血清HSP70和RBP-4水平及其与卵巢功能的相关性 被引量:1

Serum HSP70 and RBP-4 levels in patients with ovarian cysts and their correlation with ovarian function

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)与视黄醇结合蛋白-4(RBP-4)在卵巢囊肿患者血清中的表达水平以及与卵巢功能的相关性。方法选取海南妇产科医院2019年9月-2021年9月接受治疗的卵巢囊肿患者84例作为观察组,选取同期接受体检的80名健康成年女性为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定HSP70、RBP-4、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-1β水平,采用电化学发光免疫法测定雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)以及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平;Pearson相关分析HSP70、RBP-4与IL-6、IL-1β及卵巢功能指标的相关性。结果与对照组比较,观察组血清HSP70[(0.27±0.05)ng/mL vs.(0.38±0.09)ng/mL]、RBP-4[(22.48±4.31)μg/mL vs.(29.89±5.16)μg/mL]、IL-6[(9.03±1.56)pg/mL vs.(10.95±2.13)pg/mL]、IL-1β[(38.13±8.46)pg/mL vs.(50.58±10.25)pg/mL]水平显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.610、9.956、6.559、8.460,P均<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,卵巢囊肿患者血清HSP70与IL-6、IL-1β成正相关(r=0.358、0.412,P均<0.05),RBP-4与IL-6、IL-1β成正相关(r=0.315、0.459,P均<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组血清E2水平降低,LH和FSH水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.970、9.208、8.862,P均<0.05)。卵巢囊肿患者血清HSP70与E2成负相关(r=-0.325,P<0.05),与LH、FSH成正相关(r=0.456、0.411,P均<0.05);RBP-4与E2成负相关(r=-0.358,P<0.05),与LH、FSH成正相关(r=0.421、0.556,P均<0.05)。结论HSP70与RBP-4在卵巢囊肿患者血清中表达上调,两者与卵巢功能密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression levels of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)and retinol binding protein-4(RBP-4)in serum of patients with ovarian cysts and their correlation with ovarian function.Methods From September 2019 to September 2021,84 patients with ovarian cysts who received treatment in the Hainan Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital were regarded as the observation group,and 80 healthy adult women who received physical examination in our hospital were regarded as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the levels of HSP70,RBP-4,interleukin-6(IL-6),and IL-1β;electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH);Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between HSP70,RBP-4 and IL-6,IL-1β and ovarian function indexes.Results The serum levels of HSP70[(0.27±0.05)ng/mL vs.(0.38±0.09)]ng/mL,RBP-4[(22.48±4.31)μg/mL vs.(29.89±5.16)μg/mL],IL-6[(9.03±1.56)pg/mL vs.(10.95±2.13)pg/mL]and IL-1β[(38.13±8.46)pg/mL vs.(50.58±10.25)pg/mL]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum HSP70 was positively correlated with IL-6 and IL-1β in patients with ovarian cysts(r=0.358,0.412,all P<0.05),and RBP-4 was positively correlated with IL-6 and IL-1β(r=0.315,0.459,all P<0.05).Compared with control group,observation group had lower serum E2 level,and higher LH and FSH levels(P<0.05).Serum HSP70 in ovarian cyst patients was negatively correlated with E2(r=-0.325,P<0.05),and positively correlated with LH and FSH(r=0.456,0.411,all P<0.05);RBP-4 was negatively correlated with E2(r=-0.358,P<0.05),and positively correlated with LH and FSH(r=0.421,0.556,all P<0.05).Conclusion HSP70 and RBP-4 were up-regulated in serum of ovarian cyst patients,and they were closely related to ovarian function.
