防雨型与非防雨型诱蚊诱卵器在白纹伊蚊监测中的效果

Effects of rain-proof and non-rain-proof mosquito ovitraps on the monitoring of Aedes albopictus

摘要 目的评价防雨型与非防雨型诱蚊诱卵器的现场应用效果。方法2021年8月9-23日蚊密度高峰期,选择步行道绿化地带,采用防雨型与非防雨型诱蚊诱卵器同步比较诱蚊效果。采用SPSS 18.0对调查数据进行统计学分析,通过Pearson相关性分析方法对数据的相关性进行分析。结果防雨型诱蚊诱卵器的诱蚊诱卵指数为76.59%、产卵率为41.49%、产卵密度为22.54粒/个,均高于非防雨型诱蚊诱卵器43.61%、27.66%和12.12粒/个(χ^(2)=21.318、3.974、21.320,P均<0.01),但防雨型诱蚊诱卵器翻倒率更高(χ^(2)=5.836,P<0.05)。结论现场试验初步证明,防雨型诱蚊诱卵器在白纹伊蚊诱捕效果和蚊虫产卵上均优于非防雨型诱蚊诱卵器。 Objective To evaluate the field application effect of rainproof mosq-ovitraps and non-rainproof mosq-ovitraps.Methods During the peak Aedes albopictus density period from August 9 to 23,2021,the green area of the walking path was chosen for the comparison of the efficiencies of rainproof mosq-ovitraps and non-rainproof mosq-ovitraps.SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis of the survey data,and the correlation of the data was analyzed by the Pearson correlation analysis method.Results The MOI index,spawning rate and spawning density of rainproof mosq-ovitraps were 76.59%,41.49%and 22.54 grains/each,respectively,which were all higher than those of non-rainproof density by 43.61%,27.66%and 12.12 grains/piece,respectively(χ^(2)=21.318,3.974,21.320,all P<0.01).But the rainproof mosq-ovitraps had a higher trapping rate(χ^(2)=5.836,P<0.05).Conclusion Field experiments showed that the rainproof mosq-ovitrap was superior to the non-rainproof mosq-ovitrap in trapping Aedes albopictus and oviposition.
