厦门市海沧区鼠形动物携带汉坦病毒调查分析

Detection of Hantaviruses in rat-like animals in Haicang region,Xiamen city

目的了解厦门市海沧区鼠形动物汉坦病毒的携带情况,为汉坦病毒的防控提供依据。方法2018年5-9月在厦门市海沧区,采用笼夜法捕抓鼠形动物,采集血清样本,进行巢式PCR反应检测汉坦病毒。结果共采集87份血清样本,检出4份汉坦病毒核酸阳性样本,检出率为4.60%,经核酸比对,均属于汉城病毒型病毒(SEOV),且同源性高。其中2份来自于臭鼩鼱,检出率为18.18%(2/11);2份来自于褐家鼠,检出率为2.94%(2/68),二者差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠类及臭鼩鼱均能检出汉坦病毒,提示今后在肾综合征出血热和汉坦病毒肺综合征的防控中,不仅要加强鼠类监测与防制,还应重视对鼩鼱的监测与防制。

Objective To determine the prevalence of Hantaviruses in rat-like animals from Haicang region,Xiamen city which might provide important data support for revention and control of the transmission of rodent-borne diseases.Methods Rat-like animals were captured by cage-trap in Haicang district,Xiamen city from May to September 2018.Liver samples were collected and nested PCR was performed to detect Hantaviruses.Results A total of 87 serum samples were collected,and 4 of them were positive for Hantaviruses,and the positive rate was 4.60%.The sequences obtained in this study were clustered with Seoul virus,with a high similarity.The two positive samples were from Suncus murinus,with a positive rate of 18.18%(2/11),and two were from Rattus norvegicus,with a positive rate of 2.94%(2/68).There was not statistically significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion sHantaviruses was detected in the serum samples of both Rattus norvegicus and Suncus murinus.It should be necessary to strengthen the surveillance,prevention and control of Suncus murinus the same as Rattus norvegicus in order to reduce the risk of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome.
