冠心病患者Hp感染与冠状动脉病变程度和脂代谢及血清LBP的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between Hp infection and severity of coronary lesions,lipid metabolism,serum LBP in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的分析冠心病(CHD)患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与冠状动脉病变程度、脂代谢及血清脂多糖结合蛋白(LBP)的相关性。方法选择河南大学第一附属医院2019年8月-2021年11月期间收治的60例CHD患者,按照是否发生Hp感染将其分为Hp感染组(n=28)和Hp未感染组(n=32),检测两组患者冠状动脉病变程度、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和LBP水平,分析Hp感染与冠状动脉病变程度、脂代谢及血清LBP的相关性。结果两组患者冠状动脉病变程度具有等级差异,Hp感染组轻度狭窄患者少于Hp未感染组,中度、重度狭窄患者多于Hp未感染组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Hp感染组TC、TG、LDL-C、LBP水平高于Hp未感染组,HDL-C水平低于Hp未感染组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Hp感染(未感染=0,轻度感染=1,重度感染=2)与冠状动脉病变程度、TC、TG、LDL-C、LBP成正相关(r=0.442、0.445、0.373、0.474、0.583,P均<0.05);与HDL-C成负相关(r=-0.374,P<0.05)。结论CHD患者Hp感染与冠状动脉病变程度、TC、TG、LDL-C、血清LBP成正相关,与HDL-C成负相关。 Objective To analyze the correlation between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and the severity of coronary lesions,lipid metabolism,serum lipopolysaccharide binding protein(LBP)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 60 patients with CHD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University were enrolled for this study between August 2019 and November 2021.According to presence or absence of Hp infection,they were divided into infection group(n=28)and non-infection group(n=32).The severity of coronary lesions,levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and LBP in both groups were detected,and their correlation with Hp infection was analyzed.Results There were grade differences in severity of coronary lesions between the two groups.The number of patients with mild stenosis in infection group was less than that in non-infection group,and number of patients with moderate and severe stenosis was more than that in non-infection group(P all<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and serum LBP in infection group were higher than those in non-infection group,while HDL-C level was lower than that in non-infection group(P all<0.05).Hp infection(noninfection=0,mild infection=1,severe infection=2)was positively correlated with the severity of coronary lesions,TC,TG,LDL-C and LBP(r=0.442,0.445,0.373,0.474,0.583,P all<0.05),while negatively correlated with HDL-C(r=-0.374,P<0.05).Conclusion Hp infection was positively correlated with the severity of coronary lesions,TC,TG,LDL-C and serum LBP,while negatively correlated with HDL-C in CHD patients.
