全科医生培养中人体寄生虫学教学改革策略研究

Research on the teaching reform strategy of human parasitology in the cultivation of general practitioners

全科医生是卫生服务的基础,在寄生虫病的预防和治疗中发挥着重要作用,是我国实现健康中国战略目标的重要保障。本文分析了作为地方医学院校全科医学专业的一门医学基础课程——《人体寄生虫学》教学面临的挑战,如我国寄生虫病流行与防治形势发生明显变化、教师缺乏临床背景、课程缺乏情境实践教学等问题,进而提出了加强教师培训,开展基于寄生虫病情境教学并融入全球观教育和思政教育的教学模式的教学改革策略,不断提升教学效果,为国家和社会培养符合基层需求的优秀全科医生,助力健康中国战略目标实现。

General practitioners are the basis of health services.They play an important role in the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases and are important guarantee to achieve the strategic goal of healthy China.This paper analyzed the challenges in the current teaching of human parasitology in general medicine specialty,such as the massive changes in the prevalence and prevention situation of parasitic diseases in China,lack of clinical background of teachers and absent of situational practice in teaching.A teaching reform strategy is addressed to strengthen teacher training and carry out the teaching mode of situational teaching based on parasitic diseases and integrating the global outlook education and ideological and political education,so as to continuously improve the teaching effect,cultivate excellent general practitioners who meet the needs of the grass-roots level for the country and society,and to achieve the strategic goal of healthy China.
