西安地区人乳头瘤病毒感染状况分析

目的分析西安地区人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现况,为宫颈疾病防治及HPV感染流行病学研究提供依据。方法纳入2017-2019年空军军医大学第二附属医院性病门诊就诊患者732例,通过实时荧光定量PCR仪检测患者HPV-DNA分型,分析其HPV感染及基因型别分布状况。结果732例检测标本中共检出23种基因型。≤18岁年龄段感染率最高,但不同年龄段患者感染率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.698,P=0.454)。低危型以HPV6、HPV11型为主,分别占比22.87%、11.19%。高危型前5位的HPV16、HPV58、HPV53、HPV52和HPV51型分别占比7.17%、5.67%、5.16%、5.00%、4.16%。316例感染者中,单一感染172例,其中低危型109例,高危型63例;多重感染144例,其中高危型21例,低危型9例,其余114例均为低危型和高危型混合感染。结论所测患者HPV感染率高达43.17%,单一感染高于多重感染,单一感染以低危型为主,多重感染以高低危混合感染为主。

Objective To investigate the subtypes distribution characteristics of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection,and provide basis for the prevention of HPV infection and cervical cancer in the region.Methods A total of 732 patients in venereal disease clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from 2017 to 2019 were enrolled.HPV DNA typing was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the distribution of HPV infection and genotype were analyzed.Results A total of 23 HPV genotypes were detected in 732 samples.HPV6 and HPV11 were the main types of low risk HPV,accounting for 22.87%and 11.19%,respectively.The top 5 highrisk types were 16,58,53,52 and 51,accounting for 7.17%,5.67%,5.16%,5.00%and 4.16%,respectively.Among the 316 positive cases,there were 172 cases of single infection and 144 cases of multiple infection.In the 172 cases of single infection,109 cases were low-risk type and 63 cases were high-risk type.In the 144 cases of multiple infection,21 cases were multiple infection of high-risk type,9 cases were infection of low-risk type,and 114 cases were mixed infection of low-risk type and high-risk type.Conclusions The infection rate of HPV was high(43.17%)in this region.Single infection was higher than multiple infection.Single infection was dominated by low risk single infection,while multiple infection was dominated by high and low risk mixed infection.
