摘要
目的对东莞1例本地感染带绦虫病例进行诊断和治疗。方法通过对患者排出的虫体样本进行形态学鉴定,结合患者临床表现及流行病学史调查进行诊断。结果2020年6月,广东医科大学病原生物学实验室接诊1例东莞市本地感染的带绦虫病患者(男,30岁),采用槟榔-南瓜子辅以硫酸镁进行驱虫治疗,排出一条长约5 m虫体,经实验室检查,鉴定为牛带绦虫。驱虫后5个月内3次随访复查,患者身体状况良好,无发现虫体或节体排出视为治愈。结论本例牛带绦虫感染病例是因生食或半生食含有囊尾蚴的牛肉所致。改变人群不良的卫生习惯和生活方式,加强肉制品检疫工作等综合治理措施,可有效阻断牛带绦虫的传播途径。
Objective To diagnose and treat a local case of Taenia saginata infection in Dongguan.Methods Through the morphological identification of the samples from the patients,the diagnosis was made combined with the clinical manifestations and epidemiological history of the patients.Results The Laboratory of Bioaetiology of Guangdong Medical University received a case of taeniasis(male,30 years old)infected in Dongguan locally in June 2020,areca nut pumpkin seeds supplemented with magnesium sulfate were used to expel insects,and a 5 m long worm was discharged.After laboratory examination,it was identified as Taenia saginata.The patient was followed up for 3 times within 5 months after anthelmintic treatment.The patient was in good physical condition and was deemed to be cured if no worm or nodal body was found.Conclusions This case of Taenia saginata was caused by eating raw or semi-raw beef containing cysticercus.The transmission route of Taenia saginata can be effectively blocked by changing the bad health habits and lifestyle of the population and strengthening the quarantine of meat products.
