2020年福建省恙虫病流行特征分析

Analysis epidemiological characteristics of scrub typhus in Fujian in 2020

目的分析福建省2020年恙虫病流行特征,为恙虫病的预防和控制提供理论依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集福建省2020年报告的恙虫病病例信息,采用WPS Office 2016和SPSS 20.0对恙虫病的时间、地区和人群分布进行统计分析。结果2020年福建省共报告恙虫病病例1317例,发病率为3.17/10万,死亡病例1例。发病高峰在6-10月,报告病例前三位的地市(漳州市、南平市、龙岩市)占病例总数的77.37%。发病数男女性别比为1.07∶1,发病年龄集中在40~<70岁(76.01%),以50~<60岁年龄段最多(31.44%)。职业以农民为主(76.92%)。结论福建省恙虫病流行具有明显的季节性和地域集中性,应加强对重点人群和重点地区的日常监测,采取干预措施,控制恙虫病发生和流行。

Objective This study aimed to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of scrub typhus in Fujian in 2020,in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control.Methods The data of tsutsugamushi disease in Fujian in2020 were collected from China Information System for Disease Prevention and Control.WPS Office 2016 and SPSS 20.0 were used to describe the time,region and population distribution of scrub typhus.Results A total of 1317 cases of scrub typhus and one death case were reported in Fujian in 2020,with an annual incidence rate of 3.17/100000.The peak incidence was from June to October.Cases in the top three high morbidity cities(Zhangzhou,Nanping and Longyan city)were accounted for 77.37%.The ratio of male to female was 1.07∶1.The main age of onset was 40-<70 years old,accounting for 76.01%.The age with the highest incidence rate was 50-<60 years old,accounting for 31.44%.Most patients were farmers,accounting for 76.92%.Conclusions The incidence of scrub typhus in Fujian was seasonal fluctuation and geographic centralization.It was necessary to strengthen routine monitoring of scrub typhus in the key population and areas,and to take intervention measures to reduce the incidence of scrub typhus.
