比较多重荧光PCR方法与血清凝集方法对沙门菌分型鉴定的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过应用多重荧光PCR试剂盒对沙门菌进行分型,比较与传统血清凝集分型情况的差异,探讨多重荧光PCR试剂盒在沙门菌分型中的有效性。方法选取2018-2021年门头沟区感染性腹泻病例中检出的82株沙门菌进行传统血清鉴定分型及多重荧光PCR分型,采用SPSS 20.0软件对数据资料统计分析。结果82株沙门菌中用血清凝集方法可以区分81株,分为14个血清型;多重荧光PCR试剂盒成功鉴定74株,分为11个血清型,鉴定表中包含其中的78株沙门菌,符合率为94.87%。肠炎沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌等常见型别沙门菌检出率100%。结论沙门菌血清型分子鉴定用多重荧光PCR试剂盒具有快速、简单、高效的特点,对常见型别沙门菌鉴定符合率高,但罕见血清型的鉴定还是要依靠传统方法进行判定,在实际工作中两者可互为补充以精准、快速确定感染来源。 Objective The effectiveness of multiplex fluorescent PCR kit in Salmonella typing was studied by comparing the difference between multiplex fluorescent PCR kit and traditional serum agglutination typing.Methods A total of 82Salmonella strains detected in infectious diarrhea cases in Mentougou district from 2018 to 2021 were selected for traditional serum identification and typing and multiplex fluorescent PCR typing.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0software.Results Among 82 strains of Salmonella,81 strains could be distinguished by serum agglutination method and divided into 14 serotypes;74 strains were successfully identified by multiplex fluorescent PCR kit and divided into 11serotypes.78 strains of Salmonella were included in the identification table,and the coincidence rate was 94.87%.The detection rate of common types of Salmonella such as Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium was 100%.Conclusions The Salmonella serotype molecular identification multiple kit was fast,simple and efficient.It had a high coincidence rate for the identification of common types of Salmonella.However,the identification of rare serotypes still depends on traditional methods;practically,the two methods could complement with each other to accurately and quickly determine the source of infection.
