细菌感染性肺炎患儿血清IL-22和SOCS3表达水平及临床意义 被引量:3

The expression and clinical significance of IL-22 and SOCS3 in serum of children with bacterial infection pneumonia

摘要 目的探究细菌感染性肺炎患儿血清白细胞介素-22(IL-22)、细胞因子信号抑制因子3(SOCS3)表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2019年3月-2020年5月淮北市妇幼保健院收治的62例细菌感染性肺炎患儿为观察组,根据患儿肺部感染严重程度分为轻度组39例,重度组23例,另选取同期健康体检儿童45人为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测所有患儿血清IL-22、SOCS3表达水平。Pearson相关性分析细菌感染性肺炎患儿血清IL-22和SOCS3的相关性。ROC曲线分析血清IL-22、SOCS3对细菌感染性肺炎发生的诊断价值,多因素logistic回归分析细菌感染性肺炎患儿发生的危险因素。结果与对照组比较,观察组患儿血清IL-22、SOCS3水平均明显上调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与细菌感染性肺炎轻度组患儿比较,重度组血清IL-22、SOCS3均呈显著性上调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,细菌感染性肺炎患儿血清IL-22和SOCS3成显著正相关(r=0.481,P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,IL-22、SOCS3对细菌感染性肺炎诊断价值的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.859、0.842,截断值分别为41.653 pg/mL、176.655μg/L,敏感度分别为82.40%、88.20%,特异性分别为86.70%、75.62%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,IL-22、SOCS3均为儿童发生细菌感染性肺炎的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论IL-22、SOCS3在细菌感染性肺炎中显著上调,二者成正相关关系,共同参与该疾病的发生、发展,且对细菌感染性肺炎的发生具有一定的诊断价值。 Objective To explore the serum levels of interleukin-22(IL-22)and suppressor of cytokine signaling 3(SOCS3)in children with bacterial infectious pneumonia and their clinical significance.Methods Sixty-two children with bacterial pneumonia admitted to Huaibei Maternal and Child Health Hospitalm from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation group.According to the severity of their lung infections,they were divided into mild group of 39 cases and severe group of 23 cases.Another 45 healthy children underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the expression levels of serum IL-22 and SOCS3.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum IL-22 and SOCS3 in children with bacterial infectious pneumonia.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum IL-22 and SOCS3on the occurrence of bacterial infectious pneumonia.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of bacterial infection in children with pneumonia.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of serum IL-22 and SOCS3 in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with children with mild bacterial pneumonia,serum IL-22 and SOCS3 were significantly up-regulated in the severe group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IL-22 and SOCS3 in children with bacterial infection pneumonia were significantly positively correlated(r=0.481,P<0.05).ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the diagnostic values of IL-22 and SOCS3 for bacterial infectious pneumonia were 0.859 and 0.842,respectively;the cut-off value was 41.653 pg/m L and 176.655μg/L,respectively,and the sensitivity was 82.40%and 88.20%,respectively,the specificity was 86.70%and75.62%,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that IL-22 and SOCS3 were independent risk factors for bacterial pneumonia in children(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-22 and SOCS3 were significantly up-regulated in bacterial infectious pneumonia,and the two were positively correlated,and jointly involved in the occurrence and development of the disease,and had a certain diagnostic value for the occurrence of bacterial infectious pneumonia.
