2018年上海市奉贤区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性研究

摘要 目的掌握上海市奉贤区白纹伊蚊自然种群对常见市售药物的抗性情况,为采取有效防控措施提供科学依据。方法捕获本区白纹伊蚊的卵块和幼虫进行饲养、繁殖,开展抗药性检测。结果奉贤区白纹伊蚊对双硫磷的抗性倍数最低,为8.81,属于低抗水平;对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为70.89和68.75,属于高抗水平。结论奉贤区白纹伊蚊自然种群对部分常用杀虫剂已产生抗药性,应减少高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的使用剂量和频次。 Objective To understand the resistance of the natural population of Aedes albopictus to commonly marketed insecticides in Fengxian district of Shanghai,and provide scientific basis for effective control measures.Methods The eggs and larvae of Aedes albopictus were captured and reared and tested for drug resistance.ResultsThe resistance of Aedes albopictus to disulfide was the lowest(8.81)in Fengxian district,which belonged to the low resistance level,while the resistance to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin were 70.89 and 68.75,respectively,which belonged to the high resistance level.Conclusions The natural population of Aedes albopictus in Fengxian district had developed resistance to some commonly used insecticides.The dosage and frequency of beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin should be reduced.
