外周血淋巴细胞比率在疟疾流行地区对疟疾患者的预测作用

Predictive effect of peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio on malaria patients in malaria-endemic areas

目的研究外周血淋巴细胞比率增高对于疟疾患者的预测作用。方法收集2020年12月马里共和国25例疟疾患者作为确诊组,25名健康者作为对照组,进行血常规和外周血涂片等项目的检测,并比较治疗前后各指标变化情况,分析外周血淋巴细胞比率的高低对于疟疾患者的预测作用。计量资料比较采用t检验。结果与对照组(34.10±1.23)%相比,确诊组的淋巴细胞比率(40.05±1.14)%明显增高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.560,P<0.05)。治疗前,14例(56%)的患者淋巴细胞比率增加,治疗后,21例(84%)确诊患者淋巴细胞比率恢复正常;治疗后,确诊组淋巴细胞比率明显下降,和治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后谷草转氨酶水平比治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疟疾流行地区,判断早期疟疾感染时,淋巴细胞比率的增加或许可作为一项潜在的感染指标,有利于在医疗条件落后的地区进行快速、大规模的疟疾筛查。

Objective To study the predictive effect of peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio on patients with malaria.Methods 25 malaria patients and 25 healthy patients were collected from Mali in December 2020.Routine blood and peripheral blood smear tests were performed to observe the predictive effect of peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio on malaria patients,and t test was used for comparison between groups.ResultsCompared with the control group(34.10±1.23)%,the lymphocyte ratio in the malaria patients(40.05±1.14)%was significantly higher(t=3.560,P<0.05).Before treatment,14 patients(56%)had increased lymphocyte ratios,and after treatment,21 patients(84%)had returned to normal lymphocyte ratios.After treatment,the lymphocyte ratio of the patients decreased significantly(P<0.05).Glutamic oxalacetic transaminase level also decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion In malaria-endemic areas,the lymphocyte ratio might be a potential indicator of early malaria infection,which could be used for large-scale malaria screening.
