血清FOXO3a和IGF-1R表达水平与2型糖尿病并发高尿酸血症的相关性

Correlation analysis of serum FOXO3a,IGF-1R expression and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperuricemia

摘要 目的探究血清叉头转录因子O亚家族成员3a(FOXO3a)、胰岛素样生长因子1受体(IGF-1R)表达与2型糖尿病并发高尿酸血症(HUA)的相关性。方法收集2019年6月-2021年10月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的未合并HUA的单纯2型糖尿病患者65例(非HUA组)和2型糖尿病合并HUA患者65例(2型糖尿病合并HUA组)为研究对象。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定患者血清中FOXO3a、IGF-1R水平。采用Pearson法分析血清FOXO3a与IGF-1R及二者与临床相关指标的相关性。结果与非HUA组相比,2型糖尿病合并HUA组体质量指数(BMI)及尿酸(UA)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、FOXO3a、IGF-1R水平较高,差异有统计学意义(t/χ^(2)=5.221、10.436、10.784、5.801、6.786、7.265、10.999、28.702、19.060,P<0.05)。Pearson法分析显示,FOXO3a与IGF-1R、BMI、UA、Scr、BUN、HDL-C、TG呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.683、0.441、0.618、0.551、0.604、0.431、0.435,P<0.05),IGF-1R与BMI、UA、BUN、HDL-C、TG呈正相关(r=0.437、0.639、0.647、0.425、0.416,P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并HUA患者血清FOXO3a、IGF-1R水平均上升,二者与肾功能损伤具有相关性,可能参与2型糖尿病并发HUA的发生。 Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of serum forkhead transcription factor O subfamily member 3a(FOXO3a),insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor(IGF-1R)and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperuricemia(HUA).MethodsFrom June 2019 to October 2021,65 patients with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus without HUA(non-HUA group)and 65 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with HUA(type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with HUA group)in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as research object.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was performed to determine the levels of FOXO3a and IGF-1R in serum.Pearson method was performed to analyze the correlation between serum FOXO3a and IGF-1R and the correlation between the two and clinical related indicators.ResultsCompared with the non-HUA group,the body mass index(BMI),uric acid(UA),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triacylglycerol(TG),fasting insulin(FINS),FOXO3a,IGF-1R levels were higher in the type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with HUA group(t/χ^(2)=5.221,10.436,10.784,5.801,6.786,7.265,10.999,28.702,19.060,P<0.05).Pearson method analysis showed that FOXO3a was positively correlated with IGF-1R,BMI,UA,Scr,BUN,HDL-C,and TG(r=0.683,0.441,0.618,0.551,0.604,0.431,0.435,P<0.05);IGF-1R was positively correlated with BMI,UA,BUN,HDLC,and TG(r=0.437,0.639,0.647,0.425,0.416,P<0.05).ConclusionSerum FOXO3a and IGF-1R levels increased in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with HUA,and these two were related to renal function impairment,and might be involved in the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with HUA.
