布鲁菌病是一种常见的人畜共患疾病,发病范围广泛。布鲁菌病骨关节受累患病率达10%~85%,其中脊柱关节和骶髂关节更为常见。布鲁菌病骨关节损害的临床表现多样,需要与腰背部疼痛相关疾病鉴别,早期正确诊断和治疗是关键。

Brucellosis is a common zoonotic disease with a wide range of diseases.The prevalence of brucellosis is 10%to85%.Sacroiliac joint and spinal joint are the most common sites of brucellosis.The clinical manifestations of brucellosis osteoarthropathy are nonspecific,and need to be differentiated from low back pain related diseases.Early diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis osteoarthropathy is the key to successful patient management.
