IL-25、TSLP在细菌感染性肺炎患儿血清中表达水平及其与免疫炎症的相关性 被引量:6

Expression of IL-25 and TSLP in the serum of children with bacterial pneumonia and their correlation with immune inflammation

摘要 目的探讨细菌感染性肺炎患儿血清白细胞介素(IL)-25、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)表达水平与病情进展及免疫炎症的关系。方法选取2019年1月-2021年4月临泉县人民医院收治的97例细菌感染性肺炎患儿为研究对象(肺炎组),根据患儿临床肺部感染评分评估病情并分为重症组45例和轻症组52例,同期选取101名健康体检儿童作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清IL-25、TSLP、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、IL-10水平;采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgM、IgG水平;采用Pearson法分析重症组、轻症组血清IL-25、TSLP与免疫、炎症因子相关性;采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响细菌感染性肺炎患儿病情进展的因素。结果与对照组相比,肺炎组血清IL-25、TSLP、IgA、IgM、IgG、CRP、PCT、IL-10水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重症组血清IL-25、TSLP、IgA、IgM、IgG、CRP、PCT、IL-10水平高于轻症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重症组、轻症组细菌感染性肺炎患儿血清IL-25与TSLP呈正相关(r=0.505、0.533,P<0.05),且二者与IgA、IgM、IgG、CRP、PCT、IL-10均呈正相关(P<0.05)。IL-25、TSLP、IgM是影响细菌感染性肺炎患儿病情进展的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论细菌感染性肺炎患儿中IL-25、TSLP高表达,其表达与免疫、炎症反应均存在一定关系,且是影响疾病进展的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of serum interleukin(IL)-25 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)in children with bacterial pneumonia and their disease progression and immune inflammation.Methods A total of 97 children with bacterial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects(pneumonia group),and according to the Clinical Lung Infection Score of children,they were divided into severe group(n=45)and mild group(n=52),and 101 healthy children were selected as the control group during the same period.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect serum levels of IL-25,TSLP,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and IL-10;automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect serum levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgM,and IgG;Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum IL-25,TSLP and immune and inflammatory factors in children with severe and mild bacterial pneumonia;multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the progress of children with bacterial pneumonia.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of serum IL-25,TSLP,IgA,IgM,IgG,CRP,PCT,and IL-10 in the pneumonia group increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-25,TSLP,IgA,IgM,IgG,CRP,PCT,IL-10 in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the mild group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between serum IL-25 and TSLP in children with bacterial pneumonia in severe and mild groups(r=0.505,0.533,P<0.05),and the two were positively correlated with IgA,IgM,IgG,CRP,PCT,IL-10(P<0.05).IL-25,TSLP,and IgM were independent risk factors that could affect the progress of bacterial pneumonia in children(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-25 and TSLP were highly expressed in children with bacterial pneumonia,and their expression had certain relationship with immune and inflammatory reactions,and they were the risk factors affecting the progression of the disease.
