钙卫蛋白在牙周病中的作用研究进展

Advances in the role of calprotectin in periodontal disease

钙卫蛋白是一种来源于中性粒细胞和单核巨噬细胞的钙结合蛋白,广泛分布在人体的细胞、组织和体液中,主要通过对中性粒细胞和单核细胞的趋化作用,激活炎症细胞及炎性因子,结合并活化Toll样受体4,介导细胞内的炎症信号转导等方式,在炎症过程中发挥重要的调节作用。牙周病是多种因素导致的口腔炎症性疾病,但其分子发病机制尚不明确。研究发现,在牙周病过程中,钙卫蛋白浓度明显升高,提示钙卫蛋白与牙周病关系密切。本文就钙卫蛋白在牙周病、糖尿病牙周炎、侵袭性牙周炎中的作用及其机制作一综述,为钙卫蛋白应用于牙周病的诊断提供参考。

Calprotectin is a calcium-binding protein derived from neutrophils and mononuclear macrophages.It is widely distributed in the cells,tissues and body fluids of the human body.It plays an important role in the regulation of inflammatory process mainly through the chemotactic effect on neutrophils and monocytes,activation of inflammatory cells and inflammatory factors,binding and activation of Toll-like receptor 4,and mediating intracellular inflammatory signal transduction.Periodontal disease is an inflammatory disease of the oral cavity caused by multiple factors,but its molecular pathogenesis is not clear.It was found that calprotectin concentration was significantly increased during periodontal disease,suggesting that calprotectin is closely related to periodontal disease.In this paper,we reviewed the role and mechanism of calprotectin in periodontal disease,diabetic periodontitis,and aggressive periodontitis to provide a reference for the application of calprotectin in the diagnosis of periodontal disease.
