Hcy、MIC-1、PCNA在非小细胞肺癌患者中的表达水平及其与预后的相关性 被引量:6

Correlation study of expression of Hcy,MIC-1 and PCNA and prognosis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、巨噬细胞抑制因子-1(MIC-1)、细胞增殖抗原(PCNA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者中的表达及与预后的相关性。方法选取北京市垂杨柳医院于2015年2月至2016年10月期间收治的80例NSCLC患者为观察组,另选80名同期于本院健康体检者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法或者循环酶法测定所有受试者血清Hcy、MIC-1、PCNA表达水平,绘制受试者无进展生存曲线,以及各指标水平与非小细胞肺癌患者预后的相关性。结果观察组血清Hcy、MIC-1、PCNA水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hcy阳性患者42例,无进展生存期(PFS)为(6.03±0.50)月;MIC-1阳性患者44例,无进展生存期为(5.42±0.42)月;PCNA阳性患者47例,无进展生存期为(6.43±0.45)月;Hcy+MIC-1+PCNA阳性患者58例,无进展生存期为(5.82±0.49)月。MIC-1、PCNA、Hcy水平均与分期、分化程度相关,均可作为影响NSCLC患者无进展生存期的独立预后危险因素。上述三项指标呈现阳性时,患者的PFS显著短于阴性时的PFS,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中患者3种指标均为阴性时,其PFS最长,血清Hcy、MIC-1、PCNA水平越高,预后越差。结论Hcy、MIC-1、PCNA在NSCLC患者中均高表达,与分期、分化程度存在相关性,水平越高则患者预后越差,可作为NSCLC预后参考指标。 Objective To investigate the correlation of expression of homocysteine(Hcy),macrophage inhibitory cytokine-1(MIC-1)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and prognosis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 80 patients with NSCLC admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected as observation group,another 80 healthy persons in the same period were selected as control group.The expression of Hcy,MIC-1 and PCNA was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay or circulating enzyme method in all subjects,and the progressionless survival curve was plotted to evaluate the correlation between the indexes and the prognosis of NSCLC patients.Results The level of Hcy,MIC-1 and PCNA in serum of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were 42 cases of positive patients with Hcy,44 cases of positive patients with MIC-1,47 cases of positive patients with PCNA,and 58 cases of positive patients with Hcy+MIC-1+PCNA.The progression-free survival(PFS)time of the positive patients of Hcy,MIC-1,PCNA or Hcy+MIC-1+PCNA were(6.03±0.50)months,(5.42±0.42)months,(6.43±0.45)months and(5.82±0.49)months,respectively.The levels of MIC-1,PCNA and Hcy were correlated with the stage and the degree of differentiation,and could be used as an independent prognostic risk factor for progression-free survival in patients with NSCLC.When the three indexes were negative,the PFS was the longest.The higher the serum levels of Hcy,MIC-1 and PCNA were,the worse was the prognosis.Conclusion The expression of Hcy,MIC-1 and PCNA in NSCLC patients was high,which was correlated with the stage and the degree of differentiation.The higher the level,the worse was the prognosis,which can be used as a prognostic index of NSCLC.
