媒介锥蝽的研究进展及媒介潜能预测

Research progress and risk assessment of triatomines vector competence

摘要 锥蝽是一种重要的传播媒介,可以携带克氏锥虫,从而引起美洲锥虫病,该病多发于拉丁美洲,近年来开始在世界各地流行。随着全球经济一体化的进程,我国对外国际交流和合作不断深化。在此背景下,境外输入传染病的风险也将增高。由于我国也存在美洲锥虫病的传播媒介锥蝽,因此具有通过境外输入而引起我国继发传播的风险,可能严重威胁我国人民的身体健康和生命安全。本文主要回顾了国内外对媒介锥蝽的研究进展,探讨了我国本地锥蝽的媒介潜能,为我国输入性美洲锥虫病的防控提供参考。面对这些新问题、新挑战,在寄生虫病防控方面对我们提出新要求,本综述以"同一健康(one health)"理念开展寄生虫病的监测、防控和研究。 Triatomines are important vectors that transmits Trypanosoma cruzi between mammals,causing American trypanosomiasis.This disease is endemic in Latin America and spreading worldwide.Due to the population mobility and economic globalization,China′s foreign international exchanges and cooperation continue to deepen.Therefore,the risk of imported infectious diseases is increasing as well.Since there are two types of Triatomine recorded in China,it will be more risky to cause locally transmission from imported cases and may seriously threaten the health and safety of our people.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of Triatoma,and discusses the vector potential of the local Triatoma in China,which provides a reference for the prevention and control of imported American trypanosomiasis.
