整体健康视角下的大学新生适应与成长——以北京某“双一流”大学为例 被引量:6

摘要 从整体健康视角,基于北京某"双一流"大学的调查研究,探讨00后大学新生适应的特点、影响因素和教育干预措施。研究表明,本文所选取的整体健康指标对大学新生适应情况具有一定的预测作用。当前大学新生适应的外部压力主要来自学业、人际关系和环境及校园生活适应,内部则面临自我成长的需求。大多数新生能主动通过自主调节或亲友支持等策略来应对压力,但缺乏适应意识,且在适应策略上缺乏多样性、对于大学生活的适切性和寻求社会支持的主动性。据此,提出以激发学生自我成长主动性为核心的整体教育干预措施来促进00后大学新生的有效适应。 Based on an investigation of a"Double First-rate"university in Beijing,this paper investigated the characteristics,influencing factors,and education intervention measures of the adaption of freshmen born in the 21st century in the view of holistic health.According to the research,the holistic health indicators selected in this paper could predict the situation of freshmen adaptability.The external pressure mainly came from their academic work,interpersonal relationship,environment and campus life,while the internal pressure came from the need for self-growth.Most of them could deal with the pressure of adaptation through self-regulation or support of family and friends,but they lacked the awareness of adaptation,and their adaption strategies were straight forward,in short of the adaptability to university life and the initiative to seek for social support.Accordingly,holistic educational intervention measures to motivate the initiative of students’self-growth were suggested to promote the effective adaptation of freshmen in the"post-2000 s"generation.
