不同有机物对红冠桉不定芽增殖及生根的影响

摘要 探讨不同天然有机物对红冠桉不定芽增殖、生根及生长势的影响,为该树种工厂化育苗提供理论依据。以无菌茎段为试验材料,对不定芽的萌发、增殖和生根进行单因素多水平试验,筛选利于芽增殖、生根的天然有机物及其浓度。结果表明,腋芽萌发率随土豆剂量的增加而降低,土豆剂量为0.0 g·L-1时,腋芽萌发率高达97.1%;增殖试验表明,3种有机物对芽增殖系数均较未添加有机物的对照组显著提高,其中以添加椰子水的芽增殖系数和高度最大;椰子水剂量增加,丛生芽生长势减弱,当椰子水含量为2%/L时,芽生长势最强。生根试验表明,生根率以未添加椰子水的对照高于处理组,但芽生长势以添加椰子水MS培养基的较好。说明天然有机物促进芽增殖生长,对腋芽启动及生根效果则不及未添加天然有机物的对照。 Research of different nature organic substances on proliferation,rooting and growth vigor of adventitious buds of Corymbia ptychocarpa subsp.aptycha,supplying the theory for industrial breeding of the con-specific trees. sterile stems were used for the study materials, studying the single-factor with multiple levels on the germination,proliferation and rooting of axillary buds;screening the nature organic substances and its concentration which was beneficial to the proliferation and rooting of buds. The result indicated the germination rate of axillary buds dropped when potato content increasing,the germination rate of axillary buds were 97.1% as potato content were 0.0 g·L-1.Buds proliferation test showed the buds proliferation of 3 kind nature organic substances were higher than control group,the buds proliferation and height in adding coconut juice medium was highest among the three organic substances,and the growth vigor of clump shoots was weakened with the coconut juice increasing;the growth vigor of shoots was strongest at the 2%/L of coconut juice. The rooting test indicated the rooting rate of control group were higher than treatment groups,but the growth vigor of shoots were stronger in MS medium which were adding coconut juice than control group without coconut juice. The study suggested nature organic substance was beneficial to the proliferation and the growth vigor of buds,but the germination and rooting effects of axillary buds less than control group without nature organic substances.
