广东东源康禾省级自然保护区两栖爬行动物调查与保护建议

Investigation and protection Countermeasure Amphibians and Reptiles in Guangdong Dongyuan Kanghe Provincial Nature Reserve

为掌握广东东源康禾省级自然保护区两栖爬行动物多样性现状,2017年12月至2018年11月,采用野外与访问调查法,在该保护区选取10条代表性样线进行两栖爬行类专项调查。调查共记录两栖爬行动物3目21科66种,约占广东省两栖爬行类物种数的29%,其中两栖动物22种,隶属于1目7科;爬行动物44种,隶属于2目14科。调查发现,国家一级重点保护野生动物1种:蟒蛇(Python bivittatus),国家二级重点保护野生动物2种:虎纹蛙(Hoplobatrachus chinensis)、三线闭壳龟(Cuora trifasciata)。在新记录种方面,调查共发现15种两栖爬行类物种新纪录,其中两栖动物3种、爬行动物12种。实地调查发现,保护区内的两栖爬行类物种多样性仍面临着较为严重的威胁。该文基于现实调查数据,对该保护区的两栖爬行类物种多样性及珍稀濒危物种保护问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出相应的保护管理建议。

In order to understand the status of the diversity and conservation of amphibians and reptiles,10 represetative transects were selected in Guangdong Dongyuan Kanghe Provincial Nature Reserve,a special study was conducted through interview and field surveys during December 2017 to November 2018.A total of 3 orders and 21 families and 66 species(22 amphibian species and 44 reptile species),accounting for 29%of all amphibian and reptile records in Guangdong were recorded in the reserve.Among the 66 species,one(Python bivittatus)are designated as grade I key state-protected species,two(Hoplobatrachus chinensis,Cuora trifasciata)as grade II key state-protected species.A total of 15 species(3 amphibian species and 12 reptile species)are new records to the reserve uncovered by the present study.At present,the amphibians and reptiles in the reserve are still threatened by multiple factors.Based on this study,we discussed the diversity and conservation strategy of amphibians and reptiles in the reserve,and suggestions are given to management and development of the nature reserve.
