不同LED红蓝光质对鳄嘴花生长的影响

摘要 为了探索LED红蓝光质对鳄嘴花生长的影响,该研究设置红蓝光比例(红:蓝=10:0,8:2,7:3,6:4,5:5,0:10)组合,在光照时间16h·d-1下,对鳄嘴花植株生长、叶片光合色素含量的影响。结果表明,不同比例LED红蓝组合光质对鳄嘴花植株生长产生影响,供试处理中以蓝光处理植株成活率最低,5R5B处理下植株茎高生长较慢;红光处理下植株茎高、茎粗生长均较快;蓝光处理下对植株地上、地下干质量分配影响较大,但是差异不显著(p>0.05),6R4B处理下对叶片叶绿素a含量影响较大,7R3B处理下对叶片叶绿素b影响较大。结论:光照时间16h·d-1下,LED红蓝光质处理下能有效促进鳄嘴花植株生长,以红光处理较佳。 In this study,an experiment of different ratios of LED red/blue light(red:blue=10:0,8:2,7:3,6:4,5:5,0:10)with the light intensity of 16h·d-1was set to explore its effect on plant growth and leaf contents of photosynthetic pigments of Clinacanthus nutans.The results showed that 5R5B treatment induced the lowest survival rate and the plant height was relative lower under 5R5B treatment.The height and stem diameter of the plant were relative higher in the treatments with higher red light ratio.6R4B treatment had a greater impact on the root/shoot ratio of biomass,but the difference is not significant(p>0.05).6R4B treatment had a greater impact on the leaf content of chlorophyll a and 7R3B treatment has a greater impact on the leaf content of chlorophyll b.In conclusion,Under the light intensity of 16h·d-1,the ratios of red light/blue light can effectively promote plantgrowth of Clinacanthus nutans and the treatments withhigher red light ratio is better.
