一种房地一体中提取宗地四至的实现方法

Achievement Method for Extracting Four Boundaries in the Integration of Real Estate and Land

房地一体工作中,宗地四至信息作为宗地的重要空间信息,与权利人、宗地面积、权利类型等信息共同构成宗地数据的完整属性信息,但宗地四至信息在所收集到的专题数据中并没有格式化的成果可供利用,若采用人工判读提取方式,工作量极大,且不同技术人员判读主观性较强,成果质量无法保障。本文介绍了一种基于FME软件的四至信息自动提取的实现方法,利用空间数据成果的相对坐标位置关系,实现宅基地四至信息自动生成,对于提升四至信息提取精度和效率起到了较好的作用。

In the the integration of real estate and land project,four-boundaries is an important spatial information,and together with the right holder,parcel area,rights type and other information constitute the complete attribute information of the parcel data,but the four-boundaries messages is not included in the collected data.There are no formatted information available in the thematic data.Manual interpretation and extraction will be to much workload,and the interpretation of different technical personnel is highly subjective,and the quality of the results cannot be guaranteed.This paper introduces an implementation method of automatic extraction of four-boundaries based on FME software.Using the relative coordinate position relationship of spatial data results,the automatic generation of four-boundaries of homestead is realized,which plays a good role in improving the accuracy and efficiency of four-boundaries information extraction.
