省级新型基础测绘体系建设的广东实践与思考

Construction of New Fundamental Surveying and Mapping System at Provincial Level: the Case of Guangdong Provincial Thinking and Practice

基础测绘是国民经济和社会发展以及国防建设的基础型工作,是测绘地理信息产业的立业之基。近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,基础测绘面临转型需求,测绘事业迎来新的发展阶段,新型基础测绘逐步成为研究重点,但省级新型基础测绘体系建设是亟需解决的问题。本文以广东省为例,通过对基础测绘建设体系发展脉络、现状以及未来发展进行探究,分析了基础测绘建设中存在的问题与不足,提出了省级新型基础测绘体系建设发展的思考及建议。

Fundamental surveying and mapping is the national economic and social development and national defense construction of the basic type of work,and it is also the foundation of mapping and geographical information industries.In recent years,with the development of the country and society into a new stage,the transformation needs faced by fundamental surveying and mapping,mapping business ushered in a new stage of development,new fundamental surveying and mapping gradually become the focus of research.In this study,we explored the development,current situation and future of fundamental surveying and mapping construction system,analyzed the problems in fundamental surveying and mapping construction in a case study of Guangdong province,and put forward the thinking and suggestions of Guangdong province in the development of new fundamental surveying and mapping construction at the provincial level.
