基于DEA模型的福建农业科技资源配置效率评价

摘要 在乡村振兴的背景下,农业农村现代化的关键在于科技进步,科技可以提高农业劳动生产力、产出率以及绿色发展水平。为了及时准确地了解福建省农业科技资源配置的最新动态和合理性,通过2000-2020年福建省农业科技创新投入产出数据,运用DEA模型探究农业科技资源配置效率。结果表明:福建省农业科技资源整体处于较高的水平,但依旧存在投入过多、产出不足的现象。结合福建省发展特色现代化农业的目标,从优化共享科技资源、培育科技人才、加快转化科技成果提出优化建议,以期推动福建省农业向现代化、高质量、生态化发展。 In the background of rural revitalization,the key to modernization of agriculture and countryside lies in improving agricultural labor productivity,output rate and the level of green development through the power of technology.In order to timely and accurately understand the latest dynamic condition and rationality of the allocation of agricultural science and technology resources in Fujian Province,the research uses the agricultural science and technology innovation input-output data of Fujian Province in 2000-2020.The results show that the overall agricultural science and technology resources in Fujian Province are at a high level,but there is still too much input and insufficient output.Combining with the goal of modern agriculture and promoting the modern high-quality and ecological development of agriculture in Fujian Province,we should optimized the sharing of scientific and technological resources,cultivate scientific and technological talents,accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
