摘要
家庭经济困难学生是高校学生群体的一部分,是高校资助育人和心理育人共同的工作对象。高校资助育人和心理育人在各自领域均取得了长足的进展,有着各自的工作体系和优势,统一于立德树人这一根本任务,构成了协同育人的理论逻辑。但二者协同育人还存在“两张皮”现象,没有有机融合,育人合力尚未形成。为了形成协同育人效应和提升协同育人质量,高校应积极在健全协同育人制度体系、优化协同育人组织架构和完善协同育人长效机制上下功夫。
As a part of student groups in colleges and universities,students from poor families are the common object of funding education and psychological education,which have made great progress in their fields respectively,and have their own working system advantages.Both are unified in the morality education,and constitutes the theoretical logic of cooperative education.However,there is still a“two skins”phenomenon between them,and the resultant force of education has not yet formed.Therefore,in order to form a cooperative education effect and improve quality,colleges and universities should actively improve the institutional system of cooperative education.It is necessary to optimize the organizational structure of cooperative education,and perfect the long-term mechanism of cooperative education.
