“三全育人”背景下大学生廉洁教育的困境与对策

The Dilemma of College Students’ Honesty Education under the Background of Three Entiire’s Education and Its Promotion Strategies

开展大学生廉洁教育是预防腐败低龄化的迫切需要,是警惕大学生干部官僚化的现实需要,是响应反腐倡廉常态化的时代需要。当前大学生廉洁教育的现实困境是形势迫切需要与实践开展缓慢之间的矛盾,主要表现在教育对象不清、覆盖面窄、氛围不浓厚,教育内容不清、形式单调、体系不完整,教育方式单一、渗透性差、力量不集中三个方面。在“三全育人”背景下,开展大学生廉洁教育要做到:明确廉洁教育主体,构建分工协作教育机制,实现全员育廉;构建廉洁教育体系,探究全时段覆盖教育模式,实现全程育廉;构建廉洁教育协同育人机制,打造分享互通教育平台,实现全方位育廉。

To carry out honesty education is the urgent need to guard against college students’corruption and bureaucratization at an low age and the need to respond the normalization of anti-corruption.Now,the honesty education is in a dilemma of the contradiction between urgent need and slow practice,including lacking of clear object and content,complete mode and system,large coverage and strong atmosphere,permeability and cohesiveness etc..Thus,to realize three Entiire’s education is to make clear the main body of education,construct the division of labor and cooperation mechanism in a hierarchical,communicating and sharing way to build houest education system and discuss the full-time coverage mode for a whole-course honest education;to build an intergrating education system and a platform for sharing and intercommunication.
