摘要 以柠檬酸铵为碳源,利用水热法制备碳点.碳点经过钝化,表面带有丰富的化学基团,其化学基团的变化会影响其荧光性质.MnO^(-)_(4)具有很强的氧化性,在酸性条件下,MnO^(-)_(4)能够氧化碳点表面的官能团,有效地使碳点荧光猝灭.因此,实验中以碳点为荧光探针,建立一种检测MnO^(-)_(4)的新方法.这种新方法具有低毒环保的优势,具备应用于环境分析中检测MnO^(-)_(4)的潜力. Carbon dots(CDs)were synthesized by hydrothermal method by using ammonium citrate as the carbon source.After passivation,carbon dots had large amount of amino,hydroxyl,carboxyl groups on their surface.Under acidic condition,MnO^(-)_(4)can effectively oxidize the surface chemical groups of CDs,and quench the fluorescence of CDs rapidly.Therefore,CDs were used as fluorescent probe,establishing a new method for the detection of MnO^(-)_(4).In addition,the method can also be applied in the field of environmental detection because of the low toxicity of CDs.The photo-luminescence probe exhibited selective sensing for MnO^(-)_(4)with a limit of detection.
