摘要
以油茶果壳与LDPE(低密度聚乙烯树脂)为主要原料,按不同比例进行混合,采用热压成型的方法,制备油茶果壳含量不同的LDPE/油茶果壳复合材料.通过冲击与拉伸实验,对油茶果壳复合材料的力学性能进行分析研究,通过SEM对复合材料的形态结构进行分析;通过DMA对复合材料的动态力学性能进行分析.结果显示,LDPE/油茶果壳复合材料在果壳含量较低时的抗冲击性能与拉伸性能均有较好的改良.
Using Camellia tea nutshell and LDPE as the main raw materials,the LDPE/Camellia tea nutshell composite material with different contents of Camellia oleifera husks was prepared by hot pressing.Through impact and tensile experiments,the mechanical properties of composite materials were analyzed and studied,the morphology and structure of composite materials were analyzed through SEM,and the dynamic mechanical properties of composite materials were studied through DMA.The results showed that the LDPE/Camellia oleifera husk composite material had better impact resistance and tensile properties when the added amount of the camellia husk was within 20%.
