基于扎根理论的“十四五”文旅规划路径研究——以泉州市“十四五”文旅规划为例

The Path of Cultural Tourism Planning in the 14th Five-Year Plan Based on Grounded Theory:A Case of the 14th Five-Year Cultural Tourism Plan in Quanzhou

"十四五"文旅规划是在我国由全面建设小康社会迈向基本实现社会主义现代化的关键时期着手编制的规划,文旅规划路径是推动文旅真融合、深融合的关键所在。泉州市"十四五"文旅规划调研运用扎根理论对12个县市区的25个乡(镇)和村、80家企业和4所高校及非营利机构的资料进行编码,并应用Nvivo 12软件进行分析,通过构建利益相关者参与形成的"推拉"模型,深入探讨"十四五"文旅规划的核心路径和流程性路径,以及二者结合形成的"十四五"文旅规划路径。

The plan of"the 14 th five-year plan",which was drawn up in the key period from the all-round construction of the well-off society to the basic realization of the socialist modernization in China,is the key to promote the integration of literature and travel.In this paper,based on the research data of the planning of cultural tourism in Quanzhou during the 14 th five-year plan period,the data of 25 townships(towns)and villages,80 enterprises,4 universities and non-profit organizations in 12 counties and urban areas are coded by grounded theory,Nvivo 12 was used to analyze the collected data,and a"push-pull"model was built with the participation of stakeholders.The core path and process path of the"14 th five-year plan"document and travel planning were studied and analyzed,as well as the combination of the"14 th five-year plan"Travel Planning Path.
