新时代高校安全工作“三创三线”新模式探析

高校安全关系到师生生命财产安全,关系到青年学生的健康成长,关系到高校的改革发展和长治久安。新时代高校的安全形势更加错综复杂,安全工作面临更多的新挑战,传统的安全保卫手段和方式已经无法适应新时代高校安全工作新问题。从高校安全工作实际新情况、新趋势、新挑战出发,提出高校安全工作"三创三线"新模式,以期不断提升高校安全工作质量水平,努力实现新时代高校安全全员育人、师生员工和谐平安、校园环境安定稳定。

The security of colleges and universities has an effect on the safety of the lives and property of staff and students,the healthy growth of the youth,and the reform and development of colleges and universities.Faced with more new challenges,the security work of colleges and universities is more complex in the new era.The traditional security means and methods can no longer adapt to the new problems of security work in colleges and universities.Based on the current new situation,new trends and new challenges of security work in colleges and universities,the paper puts forward a new model of"three innovations and three lines"of security work in colleges and universities,expecting to continuously boost the quality of security work and realize the overall education of security in colleges and universities,the harmony and safety of staff and students,and the stability of campus environment in the new era.
