聚焦开源RISC-V发展中国芯片产业

Focus on Open Source RISC-V for Development of China’s Chip Industry

摘要 一直以来,中国芯片产业在“主流CPU”架构上受制于人,整体生态上与国际先进水平还有很大差距。RISC-V(一种基于精简指令集计算机(RISC)原理建立的开源指令集架构(ISA))的出现为中国“主流CPU”的发展提供了新的发展机遇。开源RISC-V架构先进,易于定制,其生态处于发展初期。开源RISC-V有利于中国在万物智联新时代掌握芯片产业发展主动权。建议中国积极抓住时代机遇,以全球视野谋划中国芯片产业发展,聚焦开源RISC-V架构发展“主流CPU”,筑牢基础软件根基,加速推进其生态建设,促进世界芯片产业新格局的到来。 China’s chip industry has been disciplined in the“mainstream CPU”architecture,and there is still a big gap with developed countries in terms of overall ecology.The emergence of RISC-V,an open source instruction set architecture based on the principle of reduced instruction sets,provides a new opportunity for the development of“mainstream CPU”in China.The open source RISC-V is characterized by advanced architecture and customizability,with its ecology in its infancy.Therefore,it is beneficial to China’s efforts to take the initiative in chip industry development in the new era of intelligent interconnection.It is suggested that China actively seize the opportunity of the times,plan the development of the chip industry from a global perspective,focus on the open source RISC-V architecture to develop“mainstream CPU”,build a solid foundation for basic software,accelerate its ecological construction,and promote the arrival of a new pattern of the global chip industry.
