摘要
宽带卫星通信网络是当前卫星通信产业中最活跃的领域,也是通信卫星商业市场的最大增长点。从卫星系统部署演进、卫星技术发展和通信体制研究3个方面,概述国内外系统建设与技术发展情况,分析中国在该领域系统建设和技术发展的不足。面向未来天基信息网络发展,探讨宽带卫星通信网络技术发展趋势与范式变化,对关键技术研究方向进行展望,提出对中国宽带卫星通信网络技术发展的建议和举措。
Broadband satellite communication networks are hotspots in the current satellite communication industry and show the greatest growth in the commercial market of communication satellites. This paper compares the system construction and technology development in China with the international advanced levels in terms of satellite system deployment, satellite technology development and communication system. To boost the development of space-based information network, the paper discusses the development trend and paradigm change of broadband satellite communication networks and looks ahead to the research directions of their key technologies. Suggestions and measures are also put forward for the development of broadband satellite communication network technology in China.
