摘要 T公司是河钢集团的核心骨干龙头企业。近年来,企业聚焦"两个结构"再优化,全面推进转型升级和高质量发展,大力开展人才体质机制改革,加强高端人才体系建设,着力在培养、引进和用好用活高端人才上下功夫,形成从规划到培育、引进、使用、评价、激励全过程的高端人才管理闭环体系。发挥高端人才优势,将其转化为产品优势、市场优势,助力增强企业核心竞争力。
